Drinking water tanks and water chambers must be hygienic, watertight and durable. Leaching, spalling, cracks and leaks put water quality and the structure at risk. Standards and qualification

In Germany, drinking water tanks follow the DVGW W 300 series (part 3 covers repair and improvement); certification to DVGW W 316 is an established proof of contractor qualification. Other countries apply comparable national rules, which we take into account.

The hygienic suitability of materials is verified according to the applicable drinking water regulations and assessment criteria. Besides mineral coatings, stainless steel or plastic linings may be an option – we compare the alternatives.

That depends on scope, method and curing. Tanks with several chambers are rehabilitated one after the other so that supply continues.
