Bolt-down safety barrier hoop – impact protection made of Ø 76 mm steel tube
The DANCOP safety barrier hoop is impact protection made of Ø 76 mm steel tube, bolted down to concrete floors. It protects machinery, rack ends, doors, gates and building elements from damage caused by forklifts and other industrial trucks. Available in three heights (350, 600 and 1,200 mm) and three widths, either galvanised and powder-coated for indoor and outdoor use or powder-coated for indoor use.

- Heights 350, 600 and 1,200 mm; hoop widths 420, 750 and 1,000 mm
- Traffic yellow (similar to RAL 1023) with black warning marking for high visibility
- Two steel base plates 195 × 120 × 6 mm with 8 holes of Ø 12.5 mm in total
- TÜV certified, compliant with DGUV 208-061, type-tested
- Supplied pre-assembled

Installation
Installation is by bolting down to a load-bearing concrete floor: each unit has 8 fixing holes of Ø 12.5 mm. Fixings are not included; the optional accessory item no. FIX 1 is suitable. Units are supplied pre-assembled. Please follow the DANCOP installation instructions. Matching floor anchor sets FIX 4 and FIX 8 are part of this product family.
Price on request – we will gladly prepare a quotation, including several barrier hoops with matching floor anchors and planning of the layout on site.
