Impact protection hoop CRASH STOP – flexible polymer safety barrier
The DANCOP CRASH STOP hoop is a polymer impact protection barrier for areas with forklift and pallet truck traffic. The polyethylene hoop yields on impact and returns to its original shape, does not crack or splinter and leaves no sharp edges after a collision. Eleven height/width combinations and three base plate versions allow it to be matched to racking, machines, doors and passageways.

- Polyethylene hoop, tube diameter 110 mm, yellow/black for high visibility
- Deforms on impact and then recovers its shape; break-resistant, no splintering
- Steel base plates 150 × 150 × 10 mm: powder-coated (indoor), galvanised or stainless steel (indoor and outdoor)
- UV-resistant: no significant ageing after 5 years, colour fastness grey scale 5/5, blue wool scale 8/8
- High chemical resistance to ISO/TR 10358, temperature range -40 °C to +50 °C
- Low weight (approx. 9.5 to 17.4 kg), modular and low-maintenance
- 5-year warranty

Installation
The hoop is supplied partly disassembled and is anchored to the floor through the base plates with a total of 8 holes (Ø 14 mm). A load-bearing, level substrate such as concrete is required. For outdoor areas, choose the galvanised or stainless steel base plate. Suitable fixings and the individual installation steps are described in the installation instructions.
